Life DC App Review: Manage Your Irritrol Controllers with Ease
Life DC is a free Android application developed by The Toro Company that allows you to manage your Irritrol Life DC battery-powered controllers with just a few clicks. The app is compatible with Android 4.3 operating systems and above, and Bluetooth Smart 4.0 and above. With this app, you can manage up to 200 controllers simultaneously, check the battery status for each controller, add a security password for each controller, set the location of the controller, and recover programming data from your controller.
The Life DC app is easy to use and connects to your controller using Bluetooth technology within 15 meters. Once connected, you can access the Programs section, where you can select one of the four programs available and set the days of the week you want to irrigate, the irrigation start time (up to three times per program), the irrigation duration for each station, and the water budget (from 0% to 200%). You can also access the manual section to select the station or all stations, select the duration of the irrigation program, and start the irrigation. Additionally, you can pause the controller by accessing the ON/OFF section, selecting OFF, choosing how many days you want to stop the irrigation, and pressing Enter.
